COVID-19 Return Policy
A national state of emergency was declared March 1, 2020, in response to COVID-19. For the period of time from March 1, 2020, through 30 days following the conclusion of this national state of emergency. We will continue to monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly.
One of our core values is safety. Due to our inability to monitor products that have left our warehouse, we are declining all returns for the safety of our customers. If for some reason we shipped a product in error, we will correct our mistake. We want our customers to feel a sense of safety when purchasing our products and we also want to prevent hoarding of supplies during this national state of emergency.
